6. Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
The services of User Flow are directed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). Contracts with consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB are excluded.
7. Liability for content
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to § 7 (1) DDG. However, pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 DDG, we are not obliged as a service provider to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general laws remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is, however, only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a concrete infringement of the law. If we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the content in question immediately.
8. Liability for links
Our offer contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We can therefore not assume any liability for this third-party content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
